Last updated: May 19, 2026

1. Who we are

Vyana Healthcare Limited ("Vyana", "we", "us", "our") is a digital transformation consulting firm registered in Galway, Ireland, serving pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare organizations globally.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal data when you visit vyana.capsley.site, request a consultation, subscribe to our insights, or engage us for advisory services.

2. Information we collect

Contact details you submit through the consultation form, contact form or newsletter signup: full name, work email, company, phone number, topic of interest and message content.

Engagement data shared during advisory work: organizational context, site references, MES/ERP landscape notes and compliance documentation strictly required to scope and deliver services.

Technical data automatically collected when you browse the site: IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages visited and approximate location.

3. How we use your information

To respond to consultation requests and discuss your transformation roadmap.

To deliver, scope, manage and improve our advisory engagements across MES, serialisation, ERP, data analytics and quality & compliance systems.

To send thought-leadership insights on Industry 4.0, MES, AI and healthcare digital innovation (you can unsubscribe at any time).

To meet regulatory, GxP, audit and contractual obligations.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 on the following bases: your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in operating a B2B consulting practice.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with vetted sub-processors (e.g. email and analytics providers), client teams directly involved in an engagement, and regulators or auditors where required by law.

All sub-processors are bound by written agreements that uphold GDPR-equivalent protections.

6. Data retention

Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Engagement records are retained for the contractually agreed period and as required by GxP, tax and audit regulations.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent at any time.

Submit requests to msidhapurker@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

8. International transfers

We support clients across Ireland, the EU, the UK, the US and beyond. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards aligned with industry best practice and GxP expectations, including access controls, encryption in transit, vendor due diligence and continuous monitoring.
